PADM Fault Guide
PADM Fault on Your Porsche?
Learn whether your PADM warning may be sensor-related before replacing the complete mount assembly.
Common PADM Fault Symptoms
• “PADM Disabled” warning
• PADM fault code returns after clearing
• Reduced drivetrain control in Sport / Sport Plus
• Rougher idle or increased vibration
• Fault codes such as 001013 / 001023

When a PADM fault occurs on your Porsche, can you still drive it?
Is the Whole Mount Really Bad?
In many cases, the mechanical mount may still be usable while the internal sensor has failed. When the fault is sensor-related, a targeted sensor replacement may resolve the PADM warning without replacing the complete mount assembly.
From Failure Analysis to a Sensor-Level Repair
Poporacing was built around a simple idea: repair the actual failure point, not replace more parts than necessary.
After examining real PADM fault cases across Porsche 911 and 718 platforms, we found that many failures were not caused by the entire mount assembly becoming mechanically unusable.
In many cases, the issue came from the internal sensor structure — the part responsible for communicating the mount’s operating status to the vehicle.
That is why Poporacing developed a sensor-level repair approach: a replacement PADM sensor designed to restore the system without replacing the complete mount assembly when the fault is sensor-related.
What We Changed
Engineered in China by Poporacing, this solution was developed from real-world Porsche PADM failure analysis, not from a generic aftermarket parts catalog.
- Mechanically secured internal structure
Designed to avoid the adhesive-bonded weakness seen in many failed sensors. - CNC-machined aluminum housing
Built to withstand heat, pressure, and vibration around the drivetrain mount area. - Plug-and-play installation
No coding or software calibration required when the correct sensor type is installed. - Calibrated for Porsche PADM systems
Developed for compatible Porsche 911 / 718 models equipped with PADM.
